Antigua and Barbuda set to welcome over 90 cruises and 200,000 visitors this month
Antigua and Barbuda is getting ready for another busy month of cruise activity. The current cruise schedule from Antigua Cruise Port indicates that more than 90 cruise ships will stop there in March 2026, bringing in more than 200,000 passengers.
The busy schedule shows that big ships, luxury liners, and small cruise ships are always coming to St. John’s Falmouth and Barbuda this month. According to tourism officials, this strengthens the destination’s status as one of the Caribbean’s top cruise ports.
The island nation will welcome more than one cruise ship every day this month. On some days, five cruise ships may even arrive at the same time. There will be two cruises arriving each day for the first two days. These cruises will include Explora II, Mein Schiff 2, and SeaDream II.
Not only that, but a number of cruises, like Mein Schiff 2, Arvia, Star Flyer, Enchanted Princess, and Grand Princess, will be stopping at the island more than once. Tourism officials predict a big boost to the cruise industry and everyone who works in it when these hundreds of ships arrive on the island with thousands of tourists.
